Stephen DeVoy has a bachelor in Computer Science degree from the
University of Massachusetts at Boston, 1985; and a bachelor in
Philosophy degree (summa cum laude) from the University of
Massachusetts at Boston, 1995. He has also studied Spanish in Mexico.
